Independent Vet Surgeon - Autonomy & Growth in West Sussex

Prospect Health is working with an independent veterinary group in West Sussex to recruit an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon for fixed-term maternity cover, with the potential to become permanent.

With a supportive, family-owned environment, the role offers clinical autonomy, a balanced mix of consultations and surgery (about 50/50), and no out-of-hours. Full-time 40 hours per week, on-site in West Sussex, with a 1 in 3 Saturday rota and opportunities for development.
