What You Will Do

• Conduct independent reviews for children subject to child protection plans
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance on child protection planning
• Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and partner agencies
• Ensure compliance with statutory duties and safeguarding procedures
• Advocate for the best interests of children, focusing on short- and long-term outcomes
• Chair and facilitate review meetings, promoting effective multi agency collaboration
• Produce clear, accurate, and timely post review reports
