Independent NED: Governance, Strategy & Oversight

Delt Shared Services Ltd. is seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director to support high governance standards and contribute to strategic decisions. Candidates should have senior leadership or board experience, particularly in complex organisations.

The role requires commitment of approximately 1-2 days per month with remuneration of £550 per day, rising to £650 for committee chairs.
