An inclusive advocacy organization in Exeter seeks an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate to provide essential support for individuals with disabilities. This role offers full accredited IMCA training and aims to empower people with disabilities to actively contribute to society. Applicants should have a good understanding of advocacy principles, experience with disabled persons, and knowledge in Safeguarding or Mental Health. The position is full time, with the possibility of part-time hours considered.
