Independent Living Housing Lead: Complex Tenancy & Safeguarding

bpha is seeking a Senior Housing Officer (Independent Living) to provide specialist housing management expertise across Independent Living services. This role leads complex tenancy management, safeguarding, risk management and customer wellbeing cases while championing best practice and continuous improvement.

Working with operational colleagues, the postholder coaches and mentors team members and helps ensure services remain compliant, customer-focused and outcomes-driven.
