Independent Legal NED - Governance & Strategy Leader

A leading paddlesport organization based in Nottingham is seeking a legally qualified Independent Non-Executive Director to join its Board. The role involves contributing legal insights to Board discussions, supporting governance and sustainability. This is a voluntary position with around five meetings per year, and previous Board experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates should have a legal qualification and an interest in governance or regulatory matters.
