Independent Chair of the Board, Dual-Sector Governance

Dulas Ltd. is seeking an Independent Non-Executive Chair to lead governance across its member-owned organization and Polestar Cooling Ltd. Applicants should have significant board level experience and a strong grasp of SME governance. You'll oversee strategy, financial sustainability, and maintain accountability to members. The role requires 15 days of commitment per year with an annual remuneration of £15,000 plus expenses, starting from December 2026.
