Independent Café Manager - Lead Coffee & Food Experience

Chartwells Independent in Leeds is seeking a Café Manager to lead a busy workplace café. You will own daily operations, craft fresh grab-and-go items and superb coffees, and deliver memorable customer experiences.

The role involves building relationships with customers and stakeholders, managing stock and profitability, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. Monday-Friday, on-site operation.
