Independent Board Member & Remuneration Chair

Aerospace Technology Institute in London seeks a Senior Independent Board Member to support governance for UK aerospace technology strategy. The appointee will chair the Remuneration Committee, and serve on Audit/Risk and Nominations Committees, ensuring independent, strategic oversight.

The candidate will commit for an initial two-year term, up to 15 days per year, with six board meetings and three committee meetings. Travel expenses are paid, location is London.
