As a Customer Data Strategy & Consultant , you will:

Create Customer Data Strategies: Develop strategies to enable personalized customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints

Utilize Data & AI: Identify how Data and AI can solve business problems and drive value

Generate Insights: Work with Data Scientists and Analysts to generate insights that define new ways to engage prospects, customers, and consumers

Bridge Business and Data Teams: Act as a conduit between business and data teams, translating and guiding in both directions.

Measure Initiatives: Ensure that every initiative is measurable and that its value is communicated effectively

Data Direct Marketing and/or Customer Service

An understanding of Martech and Adtech stacks

Knowledge of analytical approaches for example; attribution, next best action, propensity modelling, segmentation, forecasting

Customer and Marketing Data Strategy

Defining, operating and experimenting within Contact Strategies

Set yourself apart:

Ability blend skills from the Data & AI with an understanding of how they will be implemented in the real world to generate business value

Mastery of building Data Driven Customer Strategies

Proven history working as a data profession in integrated Marketing, Commerce or Customer service teams
