Income & Engagement Assistant

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 FTE (pro-rata for 0.5 FTE)
Contract: Part-time (17.5 hours/week), 2-year fixed term
Location: Hybrid minimum one day per month in London office
Closing date: Friday 10 October

Are you passionate about global justice and looking to grow your career in fundraising and supporter engagement? War on Want is seeking a motivated Income & Engagement Assistant to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of an individual giving programme. You ll lead on Gift Aid and Reactivation campaigns, support high-value fundraising initiatives, and contribute to the planning and execution of integrated fundraising and membership campaigns.

Working closely with colleagues across the Income & Engagement Department, you ll help ensure communications are timely, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals. You ll also gain valuable experience across a range of fundraising channels and donor types.

To succeed as the Income and Engagement Assistant, you will need:

• Experience working in a charity, NGO, or similar organisation
• Knowledge of charity fundraising and digital communications, particularly campaigns
• Strong organisational and data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
