Inclusive Production Operator (Permanent, Part-Time, 16h)

Bradford Metropolitan District Council, in partnership with ISG, is hiring two permanent part-time Production & Manufacturing Operatives in Bradford. The roles offer 16 hours per week in a modern factory environment producing certified UPVC windows, doors, and FD30S fire doors, with full training and ongoing support.

The posts focus on supporting neurodivergent young adults, with an inclusive workplace and clear career progression through hands-on production tasks and supervised learning.
