Agecroft Rowing Club in Salford Quays seeks a Junior Talent Inclusion Coach to grow junior membership and align training with the British Rowing Talent Pathway. The role focuses on inclusive, high-quality training for 14-19-year-olds, bridging grassroots with performance pathways.

You will deliver weekly coaching across on-water, land and S&C, engage schools and communities, and work with staff to sustain a long-term programme beyond funding.
