Inclusive Employment Job Coach - Empower Youth into Work

Essex Cares Limited is seeking an Inclusive Employment Job Coach to support young adults on a supported internship program, coaching using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) to help them enter employment or volunteering. You will also assist customers to settle into paid roles and sustain their placements across Essex.

The role is permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week) Tue-Thu with some evenings and weekends, requiring travel across Essex and a driving licence.
