Inclusive Employment Coach

Palladium is seeking an Employment Specialist for the Bracknell and Wokingham areas. This role focuses on supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, providing a solution-focused approach to coaching and advocacy.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to create tailored action plans, advocate for inclusive recruitment, and build partnerships with employers. A university degree or relevant experience is required. Salary ranges from £27,976 to £29,000 based on experience.
