We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inclusion Teaching Assistant to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with additional needs.

As an Inclusion Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support for students, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive both academically and socially. The successful Inclusion Teaching Assistant will be committed to promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEND on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assist the class teacher in delivering inclusive lessons
• Help implement EHCPs and tailored support strategies as a Inclusion Teaching Assistant
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
• Monitor and report on student progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with students with additional needs
• Be a patient, empathetic, and proactive Inclusion Teaching Assistant
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and inclusion practices
• Be committed to supporting all learners to achieve their potential
