Inclusion Teacher for Children Looked After (CLA)

Cardiff Council seeks an experienced Inclusion Teacher to join the CLA Virtual School Team. Based at County Hall, Cardiff Bay, you will champion the education and wellbeing of Children Looked After, coordinating Personal Education Plans and IDPs and working with schools, carers, social workers and multi agency partners.

You will hold QTS, have strong ALN Code knowledge, deliver training, and lead collaborative practice across primary or secondary settings.
