Inclusion Support HLTA: Empower Vulnerable Students

Esher High School is seeking an Inclusion Support Officer (HLTA) to support vulnerable students within a school setting. The role involves delivering bespoke individual support plans and working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to secure positive outcomes.

The post offers term-time hours (37.5 per week, 8.00 am - 4.00 pm), a starting pro rata salary of £27,803 and a full-time equivalent range of £31,905-£34,216.
