Inclusion Program Lead - Trauma-Informed & Mentoring

Coast and Vale Learning Trust seeks an Inclusion Manager to lead the inclusion provision at Marylebone Academy in Greater London. You will oversee the inclusion faculty operations, promoting high standards and effective learning for identified students.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree, have urban education experience, and demonstrate commitment to inclusion. This is a permanent, part-time position starting in September 2026 with a competitive salary of £40,700 FTE.
