Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker

Position: Full Time
I am recruiting an Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker with experience supporting young people facing barriers. The successful candidate will join a supportive, friendly, inclusive, and diverse mainstream secondary school catering to students aged 11-18, from various ethnic backgrounds.
This role involves:
- Managing the facility for pupils who struggle to fully engage in education, including 1-on-1 support.
- Supporting students with challenging behaviour, engagement, and attendance issues.
- Communicating regularly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
