Inclusion Lead: Elevating Student Access & Attendance

Dorset Council in Blandford Forum is seeking a full-time Inclusion Lead to work with education settings and professionals to develop child-centred plans for Children Missing out on Education. The role focuses on CME, attendance, exclusions, EHE and AP, ensuring suitable provision and pupil welfare.

You will lead on partnership work with schools and providers, applying strength-based approaches to secure timely support and prevent barriers to education for vulnerable young people.
