Inclusion Lead: Drive SEND Impact in Schools

BCP Council is seeking an Inclusion Lead to improve outcomes for SEND across primary and secondary schools in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. You will coordinate targeted support within designated school clusters and work with education services to promote inclusive practice.

The role requires qualified teacher status, strong leadership in inclusion, and excellent collaboration with school staff and external specialists. DBS and safeguarding checks apply; travel between clusters is expected.
