Inclusion Lead & Early Years Teacher (EYFS)

Reading Borough Council is seeking an Inclusion Lead / Early Years Teacher for Norcot Early Years Centre. The role is 0.6 FTE, part-time, with responsibilities across inclusion policy, teaching in EYFS, and staff leadership.

You will collaborate with local authority SEND teams, deliver CPD, and ensure safeguarding standards within a nurturing nursery setting. The post requires QTS, NPQ for SENCO (or willingness to complete within 3 years), and an enhanced DBS check.
