Inclusion Base Lead: Student Support & Reintegration

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is looking for an Inclusion Base Manager to oversee the operational efficiency of the new Inclusion Base, dedicated to assisting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies that support student reintegration into mainstream education.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational responsibility, and a background in education to provide tailored support. You will also engage with parents and external agencies to ensure the provision meets students' diverse needs.
