Inclusion & Welfare Safeguarding Officer

Colchester Institute is seeking a Welfare and Safeguarding Officer - Inclusion Support to provide first-response welfare and safeguarding support to enrolled students during term time, ensuring their wellbeing and learning progress.

You will work with curriculum teams, social workers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, coordinate support meetings, and safeguard vulnerable learners aged 16-19, promoting a safe and inclusive college environment.
