Salary (Actual Salary): £17,989 to £18,084
Working Pattern: 30 Hours Per Week, Term Time only (39 weeks)
Are you an administrative specialist ready to provide essential clerical support for our students' learning journey? Join us as an Inclusion Administrator, where your precise organizational skills will directly impact the effectiveness of the Inclusion Team. This role is vital for maintaining accurate student records, coordinating complex documentation, and ensuring that staff have the crucial information needed to support vulnerable students.
Responsibilities- Manage inclusion-related administrative systems, including updating and maintaining the SEN and Vulnerable Registers.
- Support review meetings: collating staff reports, completing pro-formas, and taking and circulating minutes.
- Track and report on interventions; handle routine correspondence and telephone liaison with parents and external agencies.
- Provide administrative support for exam access arrangement processes and invigilate students with access arrangements.
- Experience in an office environment; ability to communicate with diverse audiences; capacity to minute meetings.
- Excellent time management and organisation; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to maintain confidentiality; relate sympathetically to students and recognise safeguarding issues.
