Incidents & Risk Governance Lead - Financial Services

Diligenta is recruiting a Risk Event Governance Manager to lead a team of Incident and Event Managers across Bristol or Edinburgh. You will govern incidents and risk events, coordinating with Operations, IT and Risk to ensure timely investigations and remediation in line with client and regulatory expectations.

You will drive root-cause analyses, produce management information for senior stakeholders, and foster a culture of robust governance and operational resilience across the organisation.
