In-Store Team Leader: Luxury Beauty & Experience

REFY seeks a Team Leader for its London location in Selfridges. You will lead a team of Brand Consultants, coach them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and reinforce REFY's standards across all touchpoints.

You will work with management to develop the team, optimise sales, and collaborate with stock to ensure accurate inventory and successful in-store events. Weekend availability is required.
