In-Store Sales Associate - KPI-Driven & Flexible Shifts

Clarks Outlet is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We're looking for someone who will deliver a brand experience, maintain product knowledge, and be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
