In-Store Customer Service Apprentice - Level 3

Harrods is offering a Customer Service apprentice role in our Knightsbridge store, a 15-month programme with a training provider to achieve a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.

The role is on-site, involves assisting customers face to face and by phone/email, resolving queries on first contact where possible, and collaborating with teams to deliver the best service while recording interactions for improvement.
