Marni is seeking an In Store Client Developer and Deputy Store Manager for its Outlet in Bicester Village.
YOU

- Prioritize the client experience, with in-depth knowledge of luxury clients' desires, needs, and expectations
- Master storytelling and asking engaging questions
- Think innovatively to improve and create tangible value and magic for clients
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead a team to create magical client experiences, driving individual and team objectives
- Achieve commercial targets through effective team organization and product management
- Improve commercial performance via product knowledge, sales analysis, stock rotation, and visual supervision
- Coach and give feedback to ensure high standards of client experience
- Enhance the omni-channel experience using digital resources
- Empower and motivate the team to deliver an elevated customer experience
- Build and maintain a client book to drive traffic and engagement
- Support the Store Manager in executing the store strategy for optimal sales performance
- Contribute to business plans to boost sales across categories and client segments
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing excellent service and developing client relationships through CRM
- Maintain operational standards in clientelling, display, merchandise, and store cleanliness
- Foster positive relationships among team members
- Supervise stockroom and stockpile, ensuring alignment with sales potential and informing the Store Manager of adjustments
- Optimize stock management and collaborate with relevant staff
- Ensure proper care of products and materials in stockroom
- Assist in managing activities related to store closure, inventories, and fiscal year-end processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail
- Deep product knowledge in women's RTW, shoes, and accessories
- Experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, digital)
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and outside regular hours
