• Sunday - 06:00 to 09:00
• Monday - 06:00 to 09:00
• Tuesday - 06:00 to 10:00
• Wednesday - 06:00 to 09:00
• Thursday - 06:00 to 10:00
• Friday - Day off
• Saturday - 06:00 to 09:00

We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support recruiting and training your cleaning team, planning rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.
• Maintain flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, monitoring and managing for all on site, and receive equipment and support from the company.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning.
• Previous responsibility for stock management, time recording, and handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
