Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Overtime Rate: will be confirmed during interview
Hours: 40 hours over 6 days
Schedule- Sunday: Day off
- Monday: 06:00 to 13:30
- Tuesday: 06:00 to 13:30
- Wednesday: 06:00 to 13:30
- Thursday: 06:00 to 13:30
- Friday: 06:00 to 13:30
- Saturday: 06:00 to 11:00

What You'll Be Doing- Supervise the cleaning team to deliver high-quality service to Sainsbury's store, and carry out cleaning tasks yourself.
- Support with recruiting and training the cleaning team, plan rotas and work patterns, and complete timesheets so that staff are paid correctly.
- Be flexible with working times required to meet business needs.
- Lead Health & Safety by monitoring and managing compliance for yourself and others on site; ensure all required equipment and support are available.
- Experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning.
- Previous responsibilities in stock management and time recording, and handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
