In-House Risk & Compliance Lawyer

Overview

A top tier law firm based in Dublin is looking to hire an experienced Risk and Compliance Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE to join their in-house Risk and Compliance Team.

Responsibilities

• The Risk and Compliance team's primary role is to assess and advise on risk and to ensure the firm complies with a broad range of regulatory and professional obligations, in order to safeguard the firm's reputation and avoid penalties.
• The successful candidate will be based in the firm's Dublin office and will report to the General Counsel of Risk & Compliance.
• The work will be internally focused, supporting the firm's partners, as in-house advisor providing high quality senior level advice to partners and fee earners in relation to client on-boarding, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, risk management and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE in risk and compliance or a related field.
