In-House Recruiter: End-to-End Talent Acquisition

ORONA is seeking an In House Recruiter to drive our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our growing business. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a specific set of stakeholders, from sourcing to onboarding, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, coordinate face-to-face interviews, and help with offers and onboarding, while providing market data updates.
