In House Leveraged Finance Counsel - Deals Lead

Hydrogen UK Ltd on behalf of a leading global bank is seeking a lawyer with strong leveraged and acquisition finance experience to join a tight-knit legal team. The role sits in a legal execution unit, working on deals from origination to close with a focus on TLB and Private Credit; 4-7 years' PQE in private practice or financial services, and in house exposure would be advantageous.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work
