In-House Legal Counsel & Company Secretary (Car Allowance)

Douglas Scott Ltd is assisting a UK listed plc in Manchester to appoint a Legal Counsel & Assistant Company Secretary. The role sits in a high-performing legal team handling commercial, corporate and governance work across public and private sectors.

You will report to the General Counsel and undertake a broad range of duties, including advising on commercial and corporate transactions, and supporting company secretarial matters such as governance, compliance and board reporting.
