In-House Head of Legal, Employment Law & Team Leadership

Usdaw seeks a Head of Legal to lead the Union's in-house legal department based at Head Office, Salford Quays. Responsibilities include advising on employment relations law, managing a panel of external solicitors, and overseeing pensions and health and safety policy.

The postholder will lead 16 staff and travel as needed across the UK. The role requires a solicitor or barrister with substantial employment law experience, and a willingness to work flexible hours with occasional overnight
