In House General Counsel, Fintech & AI Contracts

Hyperlayer is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to build and own the legal function from the ground up in a scaling fintech environment. You will handle software licensing, client contracts, and corporate matters with day-to-day exposure across the business, using AI tools to speed up drafting and review.

You will lead negotiations, shape templates, and drive governance while starting as an individual contributor with growth plans for a larger team as workload grows.
