In-House Employment Counsel: ER, TUPE & Governance

Lanes Group is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its in-house legal team, supporting operational business across the UK. You will deliver high-quality guidance on employee relations, TUPE and specialist employment matters, while collaborating with HR and senior stakeholders.

You will strengthen internal capability, shape ER processes, governance, and provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice to ensure legally sound decisions and reduced reliance on external counsel.
