In house Disputes lawyer

This role offers the chance to take ownership of a diverse civil disputes caseload, working closely with operational stakeholders and senior lawyers to shape dispute strategy across the organisation. You will enjoy a hands on role with responsibility, influence and the support of an experienced legal team.

• Consumer disputes
• Commercial and supplier disputes
• Real estate and property related disputes
• Equality Act and discrimination claims
• Regulatory and compliance related matters

Matters will range from high volume, lower value claims through to complex multi track litigation, with appropriate use of external counsel and internal support.

This role would suit a confident, experienced commercially minded disputes lawyer, who has qualification as a solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer (with litigation rights, and experience across a range of civil disputes).
