In-House Derivatives Counsel - Trading & Strategy

M&GPrudential is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Life Legal team in London as a Derivatives / Trading Lawyer. The role focuses on negotiating and drafting derivatives documentation and advising on trading strategies for investment activities.

You will work with investment, operations, compliance, and risk teams to implement trading solutions while navigating regulatory requirements (SII, MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR). Flexible working arrangements are available.
