Ultralytics in London is hiring its first in house lawyer to build a legal function from scratch, shaping AGPL 3.0 / Enterprise licensing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and guiding compliance across jurisdictions.

You will own licensing, IP strategy, data privacy, and vendor contracts, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering, in a fast paced startup environment.
