In-House Counsel - Energy & Commodity Trading

Petroineos Trading Limited seeks a commodity trading lawyer to join its Legal Affairs department on a permanent basis. The role provides commercial, contractual and regulatory legal advice to its Gas, Power and Carbon/Emissions trading teams.

You will review and negotiate LNG MSAs, EFETs and ISDAs, identify legal risks and monitor regulatory developments, and support expansion into new markets and growth projects with external counsel where required.
