In-House Corporate Counsel: Private Equity & M&A (Brighton)

G2 Legal is seeking an in-house Corporate Lawyer (2-6 PQE) for a dynamic private equity firm in Brighton. You will advise on buy-side and sell-side M&A and handle SPAs, NDAs, and due diligence, working closely with senior stakeholders.
