In-House Company Counsel Commercial Contracts & IP

Warburtons is seeking a commercially minded Company Counsel to provide strategic legal advice across commercial contracts, employment, property, IP and regulatory matters. You will also be the Company's Whistleblowing Officer and lead on Data Protection, helping shape decisions that keep the business moving forward.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, support procurement and regulatory compliance, and advise on data protection.
