In House Commercial / Corporate lawyer - Manufacturing

We're working with a renowned name and top player in its market who is seeking a commercial lawyer to handle a range of commercial law and corporate matters.

Reporting into a highly supportive Head of Legal, you will have responsibility for:

1. Assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders;
2. Advising on strategic projects;
3. Handling matters such as GDPR, Employment, IT/Tech contracts;
4. Managing large corporate M&A projects due to the business's acquisitive nature.
