In House Aviation Finance - 3 + PQE

A well established in house legal department of a major financial organisation

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Solicitor 3 + PQE with a strong banking/aviation finance background to join a well respected in house legal function on a 12 month FTC initially

The team handles a varied international workload with a focus on finance work including project and trade finance, syndicated lending and asset finance.

You will be supporting clients at all stages of transactions, from structuring, negotiation, signing and completion through to transaction management, including amendments, claims and recoveries and litigation. The post holder will have responsibility for managing relationships with key clients

THE CANDIDATE

You will have relevant aviation finance/banking experience, ideally gained from working in a leading law firm or similar. You will have an excellent academic background with sound technical and commercial skills
