In-Home Wellness NP/PA - Flexible PRN, Paid Mileage

Advantmed is seeking licensed NP or PA clinicians to perform structured, in-home wellness and risk adjustment assessments as part of a 1099 PRN engagement.

The role offers flexible weekdays with no evenings or weekends, automated scheduling support, and a consistent flow of visits. Each completed visit pays around $100 plus mileage reimbursement, with 30+ hours expected per month and 55-mile travel radius.
