In-Home Children's Support Worker - Day & Night Shifts

Active Assistance, part of the Active Care Group, is recruiting for a Children's Support Worker in Rhyl. You will support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs at his family home, with shifts including days and waking nights.

The role may start with hospital shifts in Rhyl before transitioning to home care under a Care Manager. You will receive specialist training, ongoing support, pension access, and a Refer a friend incentive up to £1,500, plus holiday pay accruing at 14.07% per hour
